Recently, jokes have surfaced questioning Microsoft’s position as a leader in Internet and mobile technology. From a flawed new Windows 8 operating system, to a search engine no one uses, to questionable marketing campaigns for an Internet Explorer app losing market share, change appears to be needed.

So today, Microsoft has announced a major reorganization that merges all there business units into one, promising to make the company more lean and efficient, to champion brevity over endless disclosure.
