9 New Year’s Resolutions You Can Actually Keep

Every year, our natural ambition takes over and compels us to set lofty New Year’s resolutions. Instead of trying to be a hero, why not create more realistic goals for ourselves? Like instead of dropping a bunch of dough on gym memberships we’re never going to use, we could drop some pounds with a cheap jump rope instead. Or we could force ourselves to walk more by taking the stairs or parking in the farthest spot in the lot.

By setting smaller, more obtainable goals, we’re more likely to assimilate goals into our lives and actually reach them. So instead of daring to achieve the impossible this year, like trying to stop procrastinating for example, we should look to master the art of procrastination!
