When it comes to music, do you prefer going with the classics like Neil Young or listening to new artists like Wiz Khalifa? Your answer may be a good indication of where you live, or where you ought to live. This map by Paul Lamere explores music listening preferences by regions across the States.

Lamere created the map through an app he built to find the regional differences in the listening habits of 250,000 listeners on Spotify who have a zip code associated with their account.

So does your state prefer Bruce Springsteen as “The Boss” or is that title reserved for rap star Rick Ross?
