Pretty Lights – A Color Map of the Sun: The Visual Project [ALBUM DOWNLOAD]

A Color Map of the Sun is a visual project about “slowing down and enjoying the best moments in life.” The kaleidoscope-like video production will definitely have you “Press Pause” to reflect on some of the crazy and colorful visuals passing through your brain waves. The soundtrack of the video was released on July 2 for free by the band Pretty Lights, the musical vision of the ultra-versatile producer Derek Vincent.
True to the popular Pretty Lights style, A Color Map of the Sun will also be available to download for free at:

If you’d like to support the group you can purchase the album on a double-disc CD, on vinyl, or on iTunes.

Another really cool video from the project is called “Around the Block.” This features Talib Kweli in a feel-good, summery hip-hop and urban house jam played to time-lapse style visuals.

Pretty Lights said about the video collection:

The visual accompaniment is part of an experimental project dubbed “The Visual Project” that aimed to create abstract visual interpretations of all the music on A Color Map of the Sun.
