Greenpeace Recreates ‘The Lion King’ without Animals to Raise Wildlife Awareness
Have you ever seen Disney’s animated classic The Lion King? Now imagine watching the film without any animals!
In an effort to raise awareness for wildlife conservation, Greenpeace Netherlands has recreated Disney‘s classic by making all the animals disappear from the opening scenes of the movie. How do you think your kid would react to this? They probably would be pretty bewildered and upset, as we all should be if any more endangered animals continue to disappear from the face of the earth too! Thus this Greenpeace collaboration with Studio Mack ought to give both parents and their children something to think about to start this new year.
You can also see one of the sad sequences below where a herd of animals, surrounding a giant elephant, all slowly disappear into the African Savannah sunset.
