Urban Landscapes Seen Through the Windows of Abandoned Buildings

Cities and countries all around the world are experiencing architectural renovation. Take Outlook for example, a provocative photo project that documents the urban growth of Taiwan through empty windows and smashed walls of derelict buildings. The photos are framed in a clever way where the images are able to capture the changes in both the architecture and landscape, making for an interesting visual documentary of the industrial revolution and renewal taking place in urban areas across Taiwan.

Photographer Chen Po-I said this about the effort:

Offering a view through windows without glass, is not only showing landscape in progress, but it’s also about industrial expansion and urban renovation.
