Instagram now feels native on any Android device, or at least that’s the hope behind the app’s latest update. Instagram for Android version 5.1, available starting today on Google Play, is now faster and cleaner than ever before and caters to the multitude of Android devices with their various screen sizes.
The profile screen now loads twice as fast and the overall app’s size has been cut in half to increase speed, according to Instagram’s blog.
Design-wise, too, the app has made strides. Now whether you use an Android smartphone or tablet to access Instagram, buttons and options will always be within easy reach.
