Startups: SlideShare Wants You to Tell Your Story [CONTEST]

startup storySlideShare has started an exciting new contest for entrepreneurs called My Startup Story. The contest gives startups a chance to tell their story to the world through engaging SlideShare presentations. And for a bonus, SlideShare has recruited some of our favorite tech leaders as judges to select the contest’s winner, including David McClure, founder of 500 Startups, Hunter Walk, partner at Homebrew VC, Douglas Crets, editor at Microsoft BizSpark, and Guy Kawasaki, celebrated author and special advisor to the Motorola business unit of Google.

The Contest

This is your chance to get creative and personalize your brand. How did your company get started? What obstacles did you overcome to get where you are today? Tell the story of how your team came together and how your product evolved. Put it all together in a captivating presentation design!

How to Enter

To enter the contest, upload your slidedeck by September 30 and make sure to tag it with MyStartupStory.

How to Win

Later this month SlideShare will select five winners who will each receive a free SlideShare PRO account! One way to win is to accumulate the most cumulative shares on social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ and Pinterest. The panel of celebrity judges will also pick their favorite decks.
