The American Music Awards celebrated a year of monster hits with its 20th annual show yesterday. The night featured performances by Justin Timberlake, Rihanna, Lady Gaga, TLC, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Kendrick Lamar, Miley Cyrus and more. The Artist of the Year award went to Taylor Swift, with Rihanna taking the prestigious icon award. The notable favorite artist prizes awarded in each music genre were given to Justin Timberlake (Rock/Pop), Macklemore & Ryan Lewis (Rap/Hip Hop) and Imagine Dragons (Alternative Rock).
